Mission
Digital transformation affects our lives more now than ever before, and international cooperation is key to increasing economic resilience and digital prosperity in order to promote change.
There is an exacerbated risk of exclusion of those who are not digitally connected, and technology must be utilized in order to ensure no one is left behind in the move in today’s digital world.
The DCO’s Digital Prosperity Awards will promote projects and organizations embracing digital innovation, whilst doing good for the local and global community to bridge the digital divide. Public, private and civil society sector organizations can be nominated for an award which will reward their significant contribution to the digital economy of their country, whilst providing a platform for international support and recognition.
